Christmas is almost here and I love it but I always gain a lot of weight because of the food TT so it's time to diet and workout! ^o^ (Yeah, everyone does this for Summer but I do this for Christmas ~ Problem?)
Anyways, I was looking for diets and one of all those diets called my attention so I looked it up and guess what 8DDDDDD is EXO's diet (My fave Korean group <'3) it seems to work, so I will try it out.
Is pretty easy and OMG it is all about watermelon so it will clean your body and will help you to lose weight hehe
I will leave there this info:
Stage 1
The first stage is actually a mono diet. For three days you have to eat nothing else but watermelon. It is restrictive in both calories and nutrients, although for a healthy individual there shouldn’t be any problems, since it only lasts 3 days.
Stage 2
The second stage will include 2 meals a day, watermelon being used as a snack between them. This stage lasts between 6-10 days. It’s not as restrictive as the first phase of the diet, but it does provide little food variety. We recommend following this stage for the minimum period, meaning 6 days.
Since watermelons have a lot of water, you might not feel the need to drink plain water. You should only drink plain water if you feel thirsty between meals and snacks.
The 5-days Watermelon Diet
This diet also has great detoxifying effects, but it lasts only 5 days and introduces a wider food variety than the long-term watermelon diet. The diet is effective, as long as you stick to the meal plan.
This means you cannot add any extra calories to it.

Honestly I will give it a try, Why not? I love watermelon and to be honest I don't think I drink a lot of water or anything so this diet will help me to get used to drink water and so.
Now the workout part, this is my fave
Well, I like to go to the gym and there is a personal trainer, I go two hours and a half per day (Except on Sundays) so I really recommend you to go to the gym or either try to look for workout tips on youtube.
Alsooooo, I like to dance another two hours per day, it is so fun because I love to dance and I love music so yeah haha (In case you are wondering why I need to do a diet is because I eat A LOT) I dance to kpop because I really like it but you can dance something else ~
That's it haha, remember to not go on extreme diets and eat healthy ^^ also don't exercise a lot if you can't endure it, I do like 5 hours of diary exercise because I have been lengthening the time by years, if this is your first time just start with an hour or so.
